I was very excited to receive this item & couldn’t wait to plug it in. I was happy at first, but then, while laying in bed, I told my husband that I smelled something burning. (I would only use this at night on the bed stand) I started to look around the bedroom, and then looked at the diffuser, checked the plug in the back and yes, the plug was starting to burn! (It burned to where I couldn’t even unplug it from the product) I immediately unplugged it from the wall, drained it and threw it in the garbage. (This happened within 2 weeks of use) I did not bother to complain or try to get a refund as I didn’t want to bother with it. This was very scary and thank God I was awake to catch this before something terrible went wrong! I hope this has helped someone or maybe someone else experienced the same issues.

The cord is way too short, it’s a USB cable but it came without a cube, I had to borrow one from another device for now so that I can plug it into the wall. Third press turns the light off.What surprised me the most is that the flame effect works even with strong ambient light around.I live that it is USB powered. Other diffusers are AC, but because this one is USB I can plug it into the wall outlet (with a usb dongle – not included) or even use in the car or while camping.Overall if you are looking strictly for function other diffusers are cheaper. But the flame effect on this one is so mesmerizing I diffuse water with no aromatherapy drops just for the cool effect. If you like the style this aromatherapy diffuser is a good buy.

The unit is small and fits just about anywhere. I filled the tank and added my favorite essential oil. The fire light effect is best seen in a darkened room. It is pretty to watch the fumes over the lights. The scent filtered through most of my house. It has an auto shut off function that activates when the tank is empty. That’s good if I forget to turn it off. It is easy to maintain and keep clean.

The vapor from this diffuser is so pretty. It looks like orange smoke coming off a fire. I just love keeping it by me when I’m reading. I not only fill the room with the lavender scent from drops of my lavender essential oil. Mine doesn’t make any noise, although it seems like some do. I think those are faulty. It’s easy to fill up and the buttons are intuitive. The diffuser is a bit on the pricer side, I would expect it to be in the $25 range, but it is very pretty and diffuses well.

The product overall is ok. It does what it is intended to do. However, I’m very annoyed that they scent a WHITE cable with a black box. The contrast is horrible. I know they sell a white version, so this cable would be fine if I had that. However, for the black boxes, they should be giving black cables. This is just lazy and oversight and shouldn’t be the case. And no I shouldn’t have to go purchase a cable just to use this, which btw is usb but doesn’t include a plug.

This diffuser definitely has a Wow-how-did-they-do-that? effect. Faux ‘flames’ (water vapor) appear to float out a slot at the top like fire. The design resembles a little black modern toaster. It is quite small but don’t let the size fool you. I ran this diffuser from 4-11pm and it still had water in it! I was worried I would have to keep refilling it due to the small size. I use distilled water in it with only a few drops of essential oil. It’s lovely. I have it in black. The USB cord it includes is white though, not sure why they did that.

In contrast to some other reviews, I had no issues with this diffuser.Right out of the the box, added water, plugged it in with the included usbC to USBA cable (no charger) and the misting effect started moments later.Even in a well-lighted room the smoke/fire effect was visible and could be made more visible by using the brightness setting.I would say that it would be cool to have multi colored lights but that isn’t what this one is meant for.The mist effect is a nice change from the average diffusers. Even with the lights off it is cool.I would say this is worth a look.

My wife and I love this diffuser. We’ve had it running for a few weeks now, mainly in the evening, and we still comment to one another how cool looking it is. Super easy to set up – just add water to the fill line, add a few drops of your choice of essential oils or fragrance oils, and turn it on. The amount of vapor it generates was surprising and, in turn, the amount of “flame” it creates was surprising. Simple controls – just two buttons in the front bottom of the diffuser, one is for the vapor flow the other is for the lights. When it’s running just right with no wind or draft blowing on it, it legit looks flame like. A slow, mesmerizing flame. If you have a ceiling fan or air vents blowing on it, the effect is greatly reduced though, naturally. But yeah, we’re very happy with this diffuser. We’ve sent videos of it to friends and stuff just because it’s so cool looking. 5 stars easy!
